Hi, Im Ruth
I am a lifestyle youtuber who is passionate about fitness, strength training, wellness, and productivity. I was born with Cerebral Palsy. For years, I did physiotherapy before being introduced to the gym at 19. At first, I felt intimidated and discouraged by the fit women around me, but I never gave up. Slowly, I started seeing changes in my body and even improvements in my disability, which boosted my confidence.
After gaining weight back due to a lack of self-belief, I realized that mindset was the missing piece. Once I shifted my focus inward and redefined my goals, I achieved my fitness results twice as fast. Now, I’m here to help other introverted women build self-confidence and create their own healthy lifestyle.
